Returns Policy

Full Stride is committed to providing quality athletic wear and fan apparel, and we stand behind what we sell. While we do not offer cash refunds, we will replace all defective merchandise. (Note that your item must be reported as defective within 7 days of receipt.)

We do not except returns due to the wrong size being ordered. We will, however, accept returns on items where the incorrect size was shipped to you. We will also accept returns on items in the rare event the stated size is not reasonably close to the real size of the item. All such returned items must be unworn and returned in new condition in the original packaging. We will provide store credit equal to or greater than the cost to ship your return.

In certain circumstances for certain products, replacement will not require return of the defective item (although we will require proof). We will let you know if your product qualifies as soon as possible.
